Service Description

Genesis UAS Group Advisory & Consulting Services will conduct an in-depth assessment of the client’s current and future planned activities, goals & challenges, the operational environment, and budget. We provide (SME) Subject Matter Experts that includes independent research, client materials review, and detailed discussions with client stakeholders to: • Examine existing operations and training needs, including current practices and systems in place which could potentially be augmented or replaced with drone training services, as well as new and complementary applications for drones within the client’s areas of activity; • Identify the client’s existing challenges to be addressed and the outcomes desired; • Establish grading and reporting needs, curriculum base including method(s) of student intake, speed & frequency of delivery, data analysis, and storage requirements; • Conduct a holistic assessment of the operational environment, including terrain; vegetation and canopy coverage; meteorological conditions; and relevant infrastructures, present such as roads, fences, settlements, and power lines within the confine of the training area or location; • Establish local logistical requirements for drone operations; • Identify all government agencies, approvals, and endorsements that will be necessary to operate drones in a consistent, predictable, and legal manner.
